Product design evaluation and mold feasibility analysis

Evaluate whether the product design is suitable for mold manufacturing, ensuring the design meets the requirements for mass production. Simplify complex designs to reduce mold difficulty.Ensure sufficient draft angles for easy part removal and evaluate material properties like shrinkage and wear resistance.

Mold design and runner systems

Based on product evaluation, detailed mold plans are developed specifying the mold type (e.g., injection mold), parting line position, as well as key runner and cooling systems. An effective runner design ensures uniform plastic fill and prevents defects like air pockets and warping, while an optimized cooling system directly impacts production cycle time and efficiency.

Material selection & Precision machining

Use high-strength, wear-resistant steels such as P20, H13, and S136. Leveraging in-house CNC, EDM, and wire-cut equipment, we machine every mold component to micron-level accuracy, ensuring durability and long-term stability.

Mold assembly & Precision debugging

We perform precise assembly and testing of all machined components. Each mold is thoroughly inspected to verify dimensional and form accuracy, with critical areas like parting lines meticulously adjusted. Through hands-on checks and initial trials, we ensure smooth mold opening, closing, and ejection — preparing the mold for trouble-free trial production.

Trial testing & Performance optimization

We conduct mold trials on our in-house injection molding machines to validate performance and product quality. First articles are inspected for dimensional, cosmetic, and internal integrity. Based on findings, we refine runner, cooling, or ventilation systems to ensure the mold achieves peak performance — delivering efficient and stable mass production.
