Pre-Treatment Process

Before coating, each frame goes through a strict surface treatment process, including degreasing, cleaning, chemical pretreatment, and controlled drying. This improves coating adhesion and enhances durability for aluminum electric bike and scooter frames.
Proper surface preparation also ensures long-term protection against corrosion, weather exposure, and daily riding conditions.

Film & Primer Curing Ovens

PXID uses industrial primer coating and curing ovens to create a durable base layer before final painting. The primer improves adhesion between the metal frame and the topcoat while adding additional corrosion protection. Controlled curing ensures uniform coating quality and enhances the durability of electric mobility frame coating systems.

Topcoat Spraying & High-Temperature Curing

During the topcoat spraying and curing stage, automated equipment applies a uniform coating layer to the frame surface. Frames then pass through high-temperature curing ovens where the coating forms a durable protective film. This process improves scratch resistance, weather durability, and surface appearance for electric bike and electric scooter frames.

Cleanroom-Grade Powder Coating Line

PXID operates a cleanroom powder coating line designed for high-precision surface finishing. Electrostatic powder spraying evenly applies coating across the frame surface, followed by oven curing for strong adhesion and uniform thickness. Powder coating provides excellent corrosion resistance, color durability, and environmental performance for electric mobility frames.
