Design & manufacturing capabilities
Project scope can cover product development, tooling and manufacturing. Agree the required work, specifications and approval stages before production.

Product development
Industrial and mechanical design, electrical-system integration and prototype development, aligned with the agreed product brief.
Tooling & frame engineering
In-house tooling design, machining and mold trials, with frame materials and processes defined for the selected model.
Surface finishing
Coating and surface-treatment processes, with colors and finishes reviewed against approved samples.
Vehicle assembly
Three semi-automatic assembly lines, with in-process checks and final inspection as part of the manufacturing workflow.
Testing & validation
Prototype evaluation, functional checks and road-test sampling. Review the test scope and the documentation required for your exact configuration.
Plan your ODM project
Start with the destination market and exact product configuration. Review the requirements and supporting documents for the vehicle, battery and charger you intend to source.
Discuss your requirementsMarket & configuration
Confirm the product category, intended use, motor and speed configuration, electrical system and destination market.
Product documentation
Ask for the applicable test reports, conformity documents and certificates, including the model, configuration, issuing body and scope they cover.
Commercial terms
Confirm MOQ, development and tooling costs, lead times, design ownership, warranty responsibilities and spare-parts arrangements in the project agreement.
Development process
Define the brief
Share the target market, vehicle type, expected volume and launch timing. Agree the scope and commercial terms.
Develop the product
Review the design, engineering and component choices. Define tooling ownership, deliverables and any exclusivity terms.
Validate the configuration
Evaluate prototypes against agreed specifications and review applicable compliance requirements before production release.
Plan production & delivery
Confirm pilot-build criteria, inspection plans, production timing, shipment requirements and after-sales responsibilities.
